Club Cigarette will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases. We never give out any information about our customers and their orders.

The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card (AMEX - front right hand side of the credit card). Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our customer service department at Support@ClubCigarette.com. Please note an order cannot be cancelled once the payment for that order has been processed.

Return Policy
*Cancelled/Custom Returned Orders:
Any orders that have been canceled or returned from customs that have already been shipped, will be charged the costs of shipping and handling.. A credit will be issued to your login account once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 180 days depending on your location.)
